If you’re looking to change a writing request or you want to cancel for whatever reason, we will be happy to help. We offer free cancellations with full refunds, money back guarantee, within one hour of ordering. Moreover, you may wish to cancel your request in exchange for a voucher, a different writing work, or a refund via your original payment method.

However, please note that there are some exceptions to this refund policy and rule:

• We never make refunds for the content we have already written; we can only do revisions upon request. 
• After the one hour grace period passes, you will be charged for any cancellation made.

Please take note of the following refund policy to initiate a return or exchange:

• Simply call us or you may get in touch with us on the same page where you placed your order. We are always available to take your questions and requests within the fast turnaround time as possible.
• Always ensure that your one-hour time limit is not exhausted or prepare the cancellation fee. 
• You need to state in clear terms which content or web copy you are canceling. It is one of the ways for us to immediately and accordingly act on your revision request.
